RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES MADE AT COLETTEHAYMAN.CO.UK 

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely happy with the item/s you purchased from our online storeeived, we will happily exchange or refund any full or promotional price purchase within 28 days of date of delivery. Items can be returned by post to our online store or in person at any of our UK stores.

All items eligible for return must be in original saleable condition, with all labels and tags attached and with proof of purchase.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment less a £4.00 postage & handling fee (for change of mind only).

To make your on-line returns easy, please process a return request here and follow these simple steps: 

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter email address and order number
  2. Select the item you wish to return and reason for the return
  3. Your request will be reviewed by customer service (allow for 24 working hours for a response)
  4. Once a request to return the item has been approved, you will receive an e-mail notification.
  5. Pack your item securely and include the completed returns form
  6. Attach the preprinted adhesive Royal Mail label to the outside of your resealed parcel
  7. Take the parcel to a Post Office branch and ensure you obtain proof of postage (receipt)
  8. Refund will be processed once item is received – confirmation e-mail will be sent.

*Please do not return your store-bought items to our online store as we are not able to process exchanges or refunds for these on-line.  Refunds have to be processed by presenting the same payment tender for credit in store.

To obtain an exchange or refund purchased on-line to a store, the following return policy conditions:

  • The tax invoice must be presented as proof of purchase

Exclusions

We do accept “change of mind” exchanges or refunds on items purchased on sale.

For items purchased in multi buy offers, you must return all items purchased under the offer as we do not offer partial returns.

For hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not offer exchange or refunds on unsealed cosmetics, pierces earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings.

For faulty items, we will happily refund with proof of purchase or exchange without proof of purchase.
