Colette by colette hayman now ships to the following international destinations via Royal Mail Track & Signature from the United Kingdom.

Prices can be displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), Euro (ERU), or US Dollars (USD). Prices are charged in British pounds. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration fee.

Exclusions: Cosmetic products and Gift Cards can only be shipped/purchased in the United Kingdom. All other international destinations are excluded from purchasing cosmetic products and Gift Cards.

To comply with UK export requirements, colette by colette hayman must declare the full value of all items ordered on the invoice and all products are sold on a “Delivery Duty Unpaid” basis.
Import duty or customs entry fees or taxes may be applied at the parcel destination point depending on the importing legislation of the destination country. Customers are, therefore, required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. These costs are beyond our control and we do not accept any liability should penalties or fees be applied.

• If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will happily refund any full or promotional price item(s) within 28 days from the date of purchase.
• We do not currently offer exchanges on international orders
• All items eligible for return must be in original, saleable condition, with all colette by colette hayman labels and tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons and your protection, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on earrings, cosmetics or hair accessories.
• International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration fee on refunds.
• Items purchased in multi-buy offers, must be returned with all items purchased under the offer, as we do not offer partial returns.
• Customer contact details (order number, first name, surname) are required for any refund to be processed.
• All refunds will be credited to their original method of payment when the product is received by colette by colette hayman.
• Item(s) must be returned by post unless the item(s) is faulty. The cost of the return will be at the customer's expense or item(s) can be returned to one of our UK Stores.
• SALE items are not eligible for a refund, unless the product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
